What if my issue doesn’t arrive?
We make every effort to ensure all our issues arrive promptly, but sometimes they can be delayed or go missing. If your magazine doesn't arrive 2 days after the delivery date, please contact us on 0208 971 4333 and press option 2. If your issue hasn't arrived after 5 days, our customer service team will check your address details and arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you straight away.
What is my customer number?
Your customer number is the number that is used to identify you and your subscription. The number can be found on all correspondence that we send to you including confirmation.
As a print subscriber, do I have access to the digital package?
No, this is not included. If you wish to subscribe to the publication digitally or to the online newspaper, please visit the Subscribe section of the newspaper.
Do I need to renew my subscription?
If you pay by credit card or cheque, we will notify you by letter and by email before your subscription expires with details of how to continue your subscription.
If you pay by Direct Debit, this will continue seamlessly.
Is the online payment secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and payment information secure. The payment will appear as Greenways Publishing on your credit card statement.
How do you acknowledge receipt of my order?
If you order online, we will acknowledge your order with a receipt at the end of the transaction and an email sent to the email address supplied. If you order by phone and have given us your email address, we will send you an email confirmation immediately. If you don’t have an email address, we will write to you within a week.
When will my issue arrive?
Please allow up to 7 working days for your first issue to arrive by post.
What if I move home?
If you are planning to move, please update your details online by logging into your account or by calling 0208 971 4333.
What do you do with my personal information?
We use the personal information you provide (e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number) to process your subscription order.
Do you use ‘Cookies’?
From time to time we may store ‘cookies’ (small files transmitted between server software and the browser on your computer) on your computer’s hard drive to make your use of the on-line subscription process easier. The personal information you provide (name, address, email, payment details etc) are stored on our secure server, not in a cookie. Please see our Cookie Settings information at the bottom of this page.
What happens if I change my mind?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you have 14 days to cancel. Please call us on 0208 971 4333 and we will process this for you.
