Greenways Publishing – Print and Digital Edition Subscription Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the subscription terms and conditions for subscriptions purchased through the Greenways Publishing subscription website at Greenways Publishing Subscriptions.
These terms and conditions apply to print, postal, home delivery and digital subscriptions offered by Greenways Publishing.
Your contract is with Greenways Publishing (“Greenways”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Print, Postal and Home Delivery Subscriptions
- A print subscription entitles you to receive the selected publication on the days and frequency specified within your chosen subscription package.
- Home delivery subscriptions include delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
- Postal subscriptions include the applicable postage and packaging charges for the selected subscription package.
- Delivery availability may vary by postcode and location.
- Your subscription may begin within 7 business days following successful payment, although delays may occasionally occur due to operational or postal factors.
- You may request a delayed start date for your subscription of up to 30 days from the order date.
- Subscribers are entitled to one copy per subscription per issue delivered to the nominated address.

Payments and Subscription Charges
- You may place an order online or by telephone. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a subscription from Greenways Publishing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payments may be made by:
- Debit or credit card
- Other payment methods made available at checkout.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- By purchasing a continuous or recurring subscription, you authorise Greenways Publishing to securely process recurring payments using Stripe or another approved payment provider.
- Payment card details are not stored directly by Greenways Publishing. Payment information is securely tokenised and stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.

By subscribing, you expressly consent to:
- Secure token storage of your payment details
- Automatic recurring payments
- Charges being taken at the agreed billing intervals until cancellation.
- If payment cannot be successfully processed, Greenways Publishing reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription service.
- Subscribers taking advantage of promotional or introductory offers may automatically move onto the standard subscription rate after the promotional period ends. Details will be provided at the point of purchase and within your confirmation email.
- Greenways Publishing reserves the right to amend subscription prices at any time. Subscribers will receive advance notice of material pricing changes where required by law.

Continuous Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
- Continuous subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Recurring charges will be applied to your chosen payment method at the frequency selected during purchase.
- You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by contacting customer services before your next billing date.
- Cancellation prevents future payments only and does not normally entitle you to a refund for any current billing period already paid.

Cancellations and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund, provided that:
- print issues have not already been supplied in full, and/or
- digital content has not been fully accessed or downloaded
- Home delivery subscribers may cancel with at least 5 working days’ notice.
- After the initial 14-day cancellation period, refunds are not automatically provided.
- Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at Greenways Publishing’s discretion.
- Where refunds are approved, they may be issued on a full or pro-rata basis depending on the unused portion of the subscription.
- Cancelling a Direct Debit instruction or card mandate without notifying customer services may result in outstanding balances remaining payable.

Delivery and Service Availability
- Greenways Publishing aims to ensure timely delivery of all print editions but cannot guarantee delivery times.

We are not liable for delays caused by:
- postal disruptions
- industrial action
- severe weather
- technical failures
- events beyond our reasonable control
- Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their delivery and contact details remain accurate and up to date.
- Greenways Publishing reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or amend subscription services at any time.

Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
- All publication content, branding, logos, text, graphics and digital editions remain the intellectual property of Greenways Publishing or its licensors.

Subscribers may not:
- reproduce
- redistribute
- commercially exploit
- share subscription access credentials without permission
- Unauthorised use of subscription content may result in suspension or termination of access.

Data Protection and Privacy
- Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

General Terms
- Greenways Publishing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- Updated terms will be published on the subscription website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
